We spend the first night of this women only retreat lodging on Navajo Reservation so we can explore
great shopping, local art, and incredible scenery.
The next day, we leisurely finish our drive up to the North Rim,
stopping along the way to explore the Colorado River, and practice yoga surrounded by epic natural landscapes!
Later that day, we settle in to our luxury base camp location, overlooking the stunning north rim of the Canyon, and then
spend the next few days
exploring the area with moderate day hikes and plenty of time for rest and relaxation.
Our final night is spent lodging in Sedona, where you can hike among gorgeous red rock scenery, relax with a soothing massage,
or explore the fabulous shops and restaurant in this famous town. Throughout the retreat, food is delicious and abundant,
